The ancient Sthaneshwar Mahadev Temple, dedicated to Shiva is situated in old Kurukshetra city Kurukshetra district of Haryana, India. It was here that the Pandavas along with Krishna are said to have prayed to Shiva and to have received his blessings for victory in the battle of Mahabharata. स्थानेश्वर महादेव मन्दिर हरियाणा के कुरुक्षेत्र जिले के थानेसर शहर में स्थित एक प्राचीन हिन्दू मन्दिर है। यह मंदिर भगवान शिव का समर्पित है और कुरुक्षेत्र के प्राचीन मंदिरों मे से एक है।
