1. Intermediary Status

Rashleela.com is an online intermediary as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (“IT Rules”). The Platform provides a digital space for publishing and viewing advertisements and related content posted by third parties.

Rashleela.com does not initiate, select, modify, verify, endorse, or control any advertisement, communication, or user-generated content hosted on the Platform.

2. No Agency or Mediation

Rashleela.com does not act as an agent, broker, partner, mediator, or representative of any User or advertiser. The Platform does not intervene in, supervise, or control interactions, relationships, communications, or transactions between Users and advertisers, whether online or offline.

3. User Acceptance & Modifications

By using the Platform, Users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Rashleela.com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

4. Advertiser Responsibility

All advertisements and content published on Rashleela.com are uploaded by advertisers at their sole discretion and under their complete responsibility.

Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that their content:

  • Complies with all applicable Indian laws and regulations

  • Does not violate obscenity, morality, or public order laws

  • Does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of any third party

Rashleela.com does not conduct prior screening or verification of advertisements or user-generated content.

5. Content Disclaimer

Rashleela.com shall not be held responsible or liable for the accuracy, legality, authenticity, completeness, morality, or reliability of any content posted by Users or advertisers.

The Platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of any advertisement or interaction facilitated through the Website.

6. Safe Harbour Protection

In accordance with Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Rashleela.com claims safe harbour protection for third-party information, data, or communication made available or hosted on the Platform.

Rashleela.com shall not be liable for any third-party content, provided it observes due diligence and complies with lawful directions, notices, or court orders as required under applicable Indian law.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post or transmit unlawful, obscene, defamatory, misleading, or harmful content

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent, exploitative, or illegal purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the Platform

Rashleela.com reserves the right to remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rashleela.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

3. Advertiser Policy

  3. Content does not violate intellectual property or contain defamatory material

  4. Listings adhere to community safety and morality standards

Advertisers represent and warrant that their content complies with all applicable laws and indemnify Rashleela.com against any legal claims arising from their postings.

Verification
Rashleela.com may request documentation or take down questionable listings pending verification.

4. Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Rashleela.com’s services include paid listing upgrades, featured placements, or subscriptions.

Cancellation

  • Users may cancel paid services within 7 days of purchase if not used.

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to support@rashleela.com.

Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued:

  • For duplicate charges

  • Technical errors in payment processing

  • Services not delivered as described

No Refunds
Refunds are not available for:

  • Listings already published and used

  • Change of mind after service activation

  • Violation of Terms or policy rules

Refunds are processed within 15 working days via the original payment method.

5. Short Public Versions (For Website Footer or Quick Links)

Report Abuse

If you see content that violates Indian law or our guidelines, report it at abuse@rashleela.com. We will review and act quickly to remove prohibited content.

Advertiser Standards

Advertisers must follow Indian laws. Rashleela.com can remove listings that violate laws or our policies.

Refund Policy

Paid services may be refundable within specified conditions. Contact support@rashleela.com.

  • Rashleela.com functions as an intermediary and must remain a neutral platform that does not modify user content or participate in transactions.
